At GTA6Station, we value our supporters and want to ensure you are fully satisfied with your experience. Our subscriptions are resold and processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. This Refund Policy describes the refund terms and how they align with Paddle’s legal framework.
1. Merchant of Record (Paddle)
Paddle.com Market Limited (and its affiliates) is the Merchant of Record for all our subscriptions. Paddle handles all customer service inquiries regarding payments, billing, and refunds. When you purchase a Pro membership, the transaction is subject to Paddle’s Checkout Buyer Terms and Paddle’s own Refund Policy.
2. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee & Withdrawal Rights
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all new Pro memberships. If you cancel your membership and request a refund within 14 days of your initial purchase, you are eligible for a full refund. This aligns with statutory consumer withdrawal rights (such as those for EU and UK citizens under local consumer protection laws).
3. Recurring Subscriptions
Pro memberships are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) depending on the plan you choose. Cancellations made after the 14-day refund window will prevent future billing, but past payments are non-refundable. You will retain access to your Pro benefits until the end of your current billing cycle.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund within the 14-day window, you can use any of the following methods:
- Directly via Paddle: Visit paddle.net to access Paddle’s buyer support portal and request a refund using your transaction details.
- Via GTA6Station Support: Email us at info@gta6station.com with your account username and subscription email, or submit a request through our contact page. We can authorize and trigger refunds directly via our Paddle dashboard.
5. Processing Refunds
Once approved, refunds are processed securely by Paddle. Depending on your financial institution and payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.), the refund should appear in your account within 3 to 10 business days. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
6. Abuse of the Policy
We and Paddle reserve the right to deny refund requests if we detect abuse of our systems or this policy (e.g., repeatedly subscribing and requesting refunds to access premium tools/benefits for free).
7. Updates to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy occasionally to remain compliant with Paddle’s merchant requirements or changes in consumer regulations. Updates will be posted on this page with the revised date.
