✅Single-player mods are generally tolerated by Rockstar Games — GTA 5's mod scene thrived for years.
✅Sharing mod information, guides, and download links to mod files (not game files) is legal.
✅Graphics mods, vehicle mods, and script mods that don't include Rockstar's copyrighted assets.
❌Online/multiplayer cheats or mods that affect GTA Online — strictly against Rockstar's TOS.
❌Mods that redistribute Rockstar's copyrighted game files or assets.
